### sec.362 Notice to coal or oil shale exploration tenement holders and applicants
This section applies if, when an authority to prospect is granted, land in the area of the authority is in the area of a coal or oil shale exploration tenement or a proposed area under a coal or oil shale exploration tenement application.
It is a condition of the authority that its holder must, within 20 business days after the holder receives notice of the grant, give the tenement holder or the applicant notice stating—
that the authority has been granted; and
the authority holder’s name; and
the term of the authority.
(sec.362-ssec.1) This section applies if, when an authority to prospect is granted, land in the area of the authority is in the area of a coal or oil shale exploration tenement or a proposed area under a coal or oil shale exploration tenement application.
(sec.362-ssec.2) It is a condition of the authority that its holder must, within 20 business days after the holder receives notice of the grant, give the tenement holder or the applicant notice stating— that the authority has been granted; and the authority holder’s name; and the term of the authority.

- (b) the authority holder’s name; and
- (c) the term of the authority.
