### sec.36 Right to tender
An eligible person may, by a tender made under section 37 , tender for a proposed authority to prospect the subject of a call for tenders.
However, the tender can not be made—
after the closing time for the call; or
for only part of the area of the proposed authority.

(sec.36-ssec.1) An eligible person may, by a tender made under section 37 , tender for a proposed authority to prospect the subject of a call for tenders.
(sec.36-ssec.2) However, the tender can not be made— after the closing time for the call; or for only part of the area of the proposed authority.
- (a) after the closing time for the call; or
- (b) for only part of the area of the proposed authority.
