### sec.351 Application of div 3 This division applies if a person as follows wishes to apply for a petroleum lease for all or part of the land in the area of a coal or oil shale mining lease that is not a specific purpose mining lease— the coal or oil shale mining lease holder; a person who wishes to make the application jointly with the holder. s 351 amd 2005 No. 3 s 105 sch - (a) the coal or oil shale mining lease holder; - (b) a person who wishes to make the application jointly with the holder.
