### sec.286 Transfer only permitted under div 3 A purported transfer of a petroleum well, water injection bore, water observation bore or water supply bore is of no effect unless— the transfer is permitted under this division; and the requirements under this subdivision for making the transfer have been complied with. s 286 amd 2014 No. 47 s 621 - (a) the transfer is permitted under this division; and - (b) the requirements under this subdivision for making the transfer have been complied with.
