### sec.281 Requirements for drilling petroleum well A person drilling a petroleum well must comply with any requirements prescribed under a regulation that apply to the drilling of the well. Maximum penalty—500 penalty units. If a corporation commits an offence against this provision, an executive officer of the corporation may be taken, under section 814A , to have also committed the offence.
