### sec.213 Notice to claim for stored petroleum or prescribed storage gas
The Minister must by gazette notice, invite anyone who claims ownership of the stored petroleum or prescribed storage gas to make that claim by giving a notice that complies with subsection (2) (a notice of claim ).
A notice of claim must—
be lodged within 30 business days after the gazettal; and
state details, and include evidence of, each of the following—
any relevant storage agreement;
how the claimant became the owner of the stored petroleum or prescribed storage gas;
how much of the stored petroleum or prescribed storage gas is claimed;
steps taken by the claimant to recover the stored petroleum or prescribed storage gas during the term of the old lease; and
be accompanied by the fee prescribed under a regulation.

- (b) state details, and include evidence of, each of the following— (i) any relevant storage agreement; (ii) how the claimant became the owner of the stored petroleum or prescribed storage gas; (iii) how much of the stored petroleum or prescribed storage gas is claimed; (iv) steps taken by the claimant to recover the stored petroleum or prescribed storage gas during the term of the old lease; and
- (i) any relevant storage agreement;
- (ii) how the claimant became the owner of the stored petroleum or prescribed storage gas;
- (iii) how much of the stored petroleum or prescribed storage gas is claimed;
- (iv) steps taken by the claimant to recover the stored petroleum or prescribed storage gas during the term of the old lease; and
- (c) be accompanied by the fee prescribed under a regulation.
- (i) any relevant storage agreement;
- (ii) how the claimant became the owner of the stored petroleum or prescribed storage gas;
- (iii) how much of the stored petroleum or prescribed storage gas is claimed;
- (iv) steps taken by the claimant to recover the stored petroleum or prescribed storage gas during the term of the old lease; and
