### sec.198 Restriction on carrying out authorised activities In carrying out an authorised activity for the water monitoring authority, the holder must not interfere with the carrying out of an authorised activity for a petroleum tenure, or of another water monitoring authority, the area of which includes the area of the authority. Maximum penalty—1,000 penalty units.
