### sec.158 Compliance with development plan
A petroleum lease holder must comply with the development plan for the lease.
However, subsection (1) does not apply to a failure to comply with the plan that is an act or omission by the holder to ensure compliance with an insufficiency of supply direction under the Gas Supply Act 2003 .
