### sec.145A Modified application of ch 14 , pt 1 Chapter 14 , part 1 applies in relation to the lodgement by a petroleum lease holder of a proposed later development plan as if— the lodgement of the proposed plan were the making of an application by the holder; and the later development plan requirements for the proposed plan were the requirements under chapter 14 , part 1 for making the application. s 145A ins 2014 No. 47 s 611 - (a) the lodgement of the proposed plan were the making of an application by the holder; and - (b) the later development plan requirements for the proposed plan were the requirements under chapter 14 , part 1 for making the application.
