### sec.128A Rejection of tender if tenderer disqualified
The Minister must reject a tender for a petroleum lease if the Minister decides the tenderer is disqualified under the Common Provisions Act , chapter 7 from being granted the petroleum lease.
On rejection of the tender, the Minister must give the tenderer a notice about the decision.

(sec.128A-ssec.1) The Minister must reject a tender for a petroleum lease if the Minister decides the tenderer is disqualified under the Common Provisions Act , chapter 7 from being granted the petroleum lease.
(sec.128A-ssec.2) On rejection of the tender, the Minister must give the tenderer a notice about the decision.
