### sec.117 Who may apply
An authority to prospect holder or a 1923 Act ATP holder may apply for a petroleum lease over all or part of the area of the authority.
For inclusion of acquired land that was previously in the authority to prospect’s or 1923 Act ATP’s area, see section 30AC (3) .
Also, a person other than the holder may apply for the lease—
jointly with the holder; or
with the holder’s consent.
An application under this section is an ATP-related application .
