### sec.111 Petroleum processing The lease holder may— carry out the processing of petroleum in the area of the lease; and construct and operate a facility for the processing, storage or transport of petroleum in the area of the lease. Subsection (1) applies for petroleum produced in or outside the area. In this section— processing of petroleum— includes the separation of LPG only if the separation is incidental to other petroleum processing; and does not include refining petroleum. s 111 amd 2011 No. 2 s 121 (sec.111-ssec.1) The lease holder may— carry out the processing of petroleum in the area of the lease; and construct and operate a facility for the processing, storage or transport of petroleum in the area of the lease.
