### sec.107C Special amendment of work program If the Minister approves a special amendment of the work program for an authority to prospect, the work program as amended has effect as if the amendment had been approved under division 3 , subdivision 6 . In approving the special amendment, the Minister may also approve a change of the conditions of the authority to prospect.
