### sec.80Z Notice and taking effect of decision
If the Minister makes a decision under section 80Y , the Minister must after making the decision give an information notice about the decision to—
the tenure holder; and
any other person who holds an interest in the tenure, as recorded in the register.
Generally, the decision takes effect on the later of the following—
the day the holder is given the information notice;
a later day of effect stated in the notice.
However, if the decision was to cancel the tenure, the decision does not take effect until the end of the appeal period for the decision.
