### sec.79Z Application of div 2 This division applies if— equipment or improvements are taken, constructed or placed on land in the area of a 1923 Act petroleum tenure; and the equipment or improvements were taken, constructed or placed on the land for use for an authorised activity for the tenure; and the tenure continues in force. However, this division— does not apply for a pipeline; and For the obligation to decommission pipelines, see section 75A . For a general provision about ownership while a tenure is in force for a pipeline, see section 79X . is subject to part 6O .
