### sec.76E Chief executive may use required information
The mere fact of the existence of a 1923 Act petroleum tenure is taken to be an authorisation from its holder to the chief executive to use required information for—
purposes reasonably related to this Act that are required for the tenure; or
the services of the State.
The authorisation is not affected by the ending of the tenure.

(sec.76E-ssec.1) The mere fact of the existence of a 1923 Act petroleum tenure is taken to be an authorisation from its holder to the chief executive to use required information for— purposes reasonably related to this Act that are required for the tenure; or the services of the State.
