### sec.75XA Notice about water observation bore or water supply bore to Water Act regulator This section applies if a person— drills a water observation bore or water supply bore; or converts a well to a water observation bore or water supply bore. The person must, within 60 business days after the day the drilling or conversion starts, give a notice to the Water Act regulator stating the information prescribed under a regulation about the bore. s 75XA ins 2013 No. 23 s 166 (sec.75XA-ssec.1) This section applies if a person— drills a water observation bore or water supply bore; or converts a well to a water observation bore or water supply bore.
