### sec.75R Transfer of well to holder of geothermal tenure or mining tenement A 1923 Act petroleum tenure holder may transfer a well in the 1923 Act petroleum tenure’s area to the holder of a geothermal tenure or mining tenement if— the well is in the geothermal tenure’s or mining tenement’s area; and a notice in the approved form and the transfer fee prescribed under a regulation have been lodged; and the Minister approves the transfer. s 75R ins 2004 No. 26 s 46 amd 2005 No. 3 s 20 sub 2010 No. 31 s 538 amd 2012 No. 20 s 281 sch 2 - (a) the well is in the geothermal tenure’s or mining tenement’s area; and - (b) a notice in the approved form and the transfer fee prescribed under a regulation have been lodged; and - (c) the Minister approves the transfer.
