### sec.75N Operation of div 3 This division permits, in particular circumstances, the transfer of the following in relation to a well, water observation bore or water supply bore— the control of, and responsibility for, the well or bore; the ownership of any works constructed in connection with the well or bore. In this division, a transfer of a well, water observation bore or water supply bore is a reference to a transfer in relation to the well or bore mentioned in subsection (1) . For ownership of equipment and improvements, see section 80 . s 75N ins 2004 No. 26 s 46 amd 2012 No. 20 s 125 sch 1 (sec.75N-ssec.1) This division permits, in particular circumstances, the transfer of the following in relation to a well, water observation bore or water supply bore— the control of, and responsibility for, the well or bore; the ownership of any works constructed in connection with the well or bore.
