### sec.75MA Time of conversion The well is taken to be converted to a water observation bore or water supply bore on the earlier of the following— the day stated in the approved form under section 75L ; the day the notice under section 75M is lodged. However, if the holder fails to give notice under sections 75L and 75M , the well is taken to be converted to a water observation bore or water supply bore immediately after the well is converted. s 75MA ins 2013 No. 23 s 163 (sec.75MA-ssec.1) The well is taken to be converted to a water observation bore or water supply bore on the earlier of the following— the day stated in the approved form under section 75L ; the day the notice under section 75M is lodged.
