### sec.75 Obligation to survey if Minister requires The Minister may, by notice to the holder, require the holder to survey or re-survey the area of the tenure within a stated reasonable period. The holder must cause the survey or re-survey to be carried out by a person registered as a cadastral surveyor under the Surveyors Act 2003 .
