### sec.74P Compliance with development plan A lessee must comply with the development plan for the lease. For a lease being taken to have a development plan until a decision on whether to approve a proposed development plan is made, see section 53D . However, subsection (1) does not apply to a failure to comply with the plan that is an act or omission by the holder to ensure compliance with an insufficiency of supply direction under the Gas Supply Act 2003 . s 74P ins 2004 No. 26 s 46 amd 2012 No. 20 s 125 sch 1 (sec.74P-ssec.1) A lessee must comply with the development plan for the lease.
