### sec.73 Recovery of amounts payable to the State
An amount payable to the State under this Act may be recovered as a debt in a court having jurisdiction up to the amount of the debt.
The starting of a proceeding to recover an amount owing to the State does not limit the right of the State to recover another amount that may become payable under this Act because the failure continues.
If the State starts a proceeding to recover part only of an amount payable at a particular time, the State is taken to have abandoned the remainder of the amount payable at the time.
