### sec.65 Reservations in favour of State
Each lease or authority to prospect is subject to a reservation to the State of the right to grant the easements or rights of way, over land covered by the lease or authority, the Minister considers desirable for—
developing or working the land or other land containing petroleum deposits; or
treating and transporting petroleum deposits by or for the Government, or a lessee or authority holder; or
another public purpose associated with a purpose mentioned in paragraph (a) or (b) .
Easements and rights of way under this section may be granted for joint or several use.

- (b) treating and transporting petroleum deposits by or for the Government, or a lessee or authority holder; or
- (c) another public purpose associated with a purpose mentioned in paragraph (a) or (b) .
