### sec.53CA Application of pt 9 , div 1 to lodgement Part 9 , division 1 applies in relation to the lodgement of the proposed later development plan— as if the lodgement of the proposed plan were the making of an application under this Act by the lessee; and as if a reference in section 120 to the requirements under this Act for making an application were a reference to the later development plan requirements; and with any other necessary changes. s 53CA ins 2024 No. 33 s 152 - (a) as if the lodgement of the proposed plan were the making of an application under this Act by the lessee; and - (b) as if a reference in section 120 to the requirements under this Act for making an application were a reference to the later development plan requirements; and - (c) with any other necessary changes.
