### sec.53 Operation of sdiv 1 This subdivision provides for requirements (the later development plan requirements ) for a proposed later development plan for a lease. For the granting of a lease to the holder of an authority to prospect, see section 40 . For the entitlement to a renewal of the lease, see section 45 . For the obligation to lodge a proposed later development plan, see section 74Q .
