### sec.215 Transitional regulation-making power
A regulation (a transitional regulation ) may make provision about a matter for which—
it is necessary to make provision to allow or facilitate the doing of anything to achieve the transition—
from the operation of this Act as in force before the commencement of a relevant amendment; and
to the operation of this Act as in force after the commencement of the relevant amendment; and
this Act does not provide or sufficiently provide.
A transitional regulation may have retrospective operation to a day not earlier than the day the relevant amendment commences.
A transitional regulation must declare it is a transitional regulation.
This section and any transitional regulation expire on the day that is 3 years after the day this section commences.
