### sec.209 Conferences with eligible claimants or owners or occupiers started before commencement This section applies if— an authorised officer asked parties to attend a conference under section 103B as in force before the commencement; and immediately before the commencement the conference had not taken place. The conference must take place under part 6R as in force immediately before the commencement. The Common Provisions Act, chapter 3, part 8 does not apply in relation to the conference. s 209 ins 2020 No. 14 s 174 (sec.209-ssec.1) This section applies if— an authorised officer asked parties to attend a conference under section 103B as in force before the commencement; and immediately before the commencement the conference had not taken place. (sec.209-ssec.2) The conference must take place under part 6R as in force immediately before the commencement.
