### sec.202 Converting wells to water supply bores This section applies if, immediately before the commencement— a 1923 Act petroleum tenure holder was converting a well to a water supply bore under section 75L; and the holder was not converting the well as allowed under section 200. On the commencement— the holder is taken to be converting the well to a water supply bore under new section 75L; and new part 6D, division 2 applies.
