### sec.195 Undecided applications for approval of dealing
This section applies if—
a holder of a 1923 Act petroleum tenure or interest made an application for approval of a dealing under former section 80I; and
the Minister had not granted or refused the approval before the commencement.
Despite the replacement of former part 6N by the amending Act—
the Minister may continue to deal with the application; and
former sections 80J and 80K apply to the Minister’s decision about the application.

(sec.195-ssec.1) This section applies if— a holder of a 1923 Act petroleum tenure or interest made an application for approval of a dealing under former section 80I; and the Minister had not granted or refused the approval before the commencement.
(sec.195-ssec.2) Despite the replacement of former part 6N by the amending Act— the Minister may continue to deal with the application; and former sections 80J and 80K apply to the Minister’s decision about the application.
