### sec.193 Minister to decide particular applications for or about leases
This section applies if—
before the commencement, an application was made for—
the grant of a lease under section 40; or
the renewal of a lease under section 45; and
the Governor in Council has not decided the application.
The Minister must decide the application—
for the grant of a lease—under section 40, as amended by the amending Act; or
for the renewal of a lease—under section 45, as amended by the amending Act.

(sec.193-ssec.1) This section applies if— before the commencement, an application was made for— the grant of a lease under section 40; or the renewal of a lease under section 45; and the Governor in Council has not decided the application.
(sec.193-ssec.2) The Minister must decide the application— for the grant of a lease—under section 40, as amended by the amending Act; or for the renewal of a lease—under section 45, as amended by the amending Act.
- (a) before the commencement, an application was made for— (i) the grant of a lease under section 40; or (ii) the renewal of a lease under section 45; and
- (i) the grant of a lease under section 40; or
- (ii) the renewal of a lease under section 45; and
- (b) the Governor in Council has not decided the application.
- (i) the grant of a lease under section 40; or
- (ii) the renewal of a lease under section 45; and
- (a) for the grant of a lease—under section 40, as amended by the amending Act; or
- (b) for the renewal of a lease—under section 45, as amended by the amending Act.
