### sec.188 Existing entry notices This section applies to an entry notice for the carrying out of an authorised activity for a 1923 Act petroleum tenure if the notice complied with the entry notice requirements before the commencement of this section. The notice continues, according to its terms, to be valid for the carrying out of the activity after the commencement even though the notice does not comply with all of the entry notice requirements from the commencement. In this section— entry notice requirements means the requirements under this Act relating to the giving of an entry notice. s 188 ins 2010 No. 31 s 477 (sec.188-ssec.1) This section applies to an entry notice for the carrying out of an authorised activity for a 1923 Act petroleum tenure if the notice complied with the entry notice requirements before the commencement of this section.
