### sec.183 S 86 water bores This section applies for a water bore— drilled with the permission of the Minister under the 1923 Act, section 86; and within the area of a 1923 Act petroleum tenure. On and from the day the Petroleum and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2005 commences, the water bore— is taken to be a water supply bore under this Act; and may be transferred without complying with section 75Q(2). s 183 ins 2005 No. 3 s 44 (sec.183-ssec.1) This section applies for a water bore— drilled with the permission of the Minister under the 1923 Act, section 86; and within the area of a 1923 Act petroleum tenure. (sec.183-ssec.2) On and from the day the Petroleum and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2005 commences, the water bore— is taken to be a water supply bore under this Act; and may be transferred without complying with section 75Q(2). - (a) drilled with the permission of the Minister under the 1923 Act, section 86; and - (b) within the area of a 1923 Act petroleum tenure. - (a) is taken to be a water supply bore under this Act; and - (b) may be transferred without complying with section 75Q(2).
