### sec.170 Application of div 2 This division applies for an authority to prospect in force immediately before 31 December 2004 that, after that day, continues in force as an authority to prospect under this Act. For the conversion of a particular authority to prospect granted under this Act to an authority to prospect under the 2004 Act, see the 2004 Act, chapter 15, part 3, division 2. However, this division only applies for the period of the authority’s current term.
