### sec.155 Conditions of an authority to prospect about expenditure or work becomes its work program
From 31 December 2004, the conditions of an authority to prospect about expenditure or work are, during the period to which the conditions apply, taken to be a later work program for the authority.
The period is taken to be the program period for the work program.

(sec.155-ssec.1) From 31 December 2004, the conditions of an authority to prospect about expenditure or work are, during the period to which the conditions apply, taken to be a later work program for the authority.
(sec.155-ssec.2) The period is taken to be the program period for the work program.
