### sec.131 References to right to enter A right under this Act to enter a place includes the right to— leave and re-enter the place from time to time; and remain on the place for the time necessary to achieve the purpose of the entry; and take on the place equipment, materials, vehicles or other things reasonably necessary to exercise a power under this Act. s 131 prev s 131 ins 1995 No. 22 s 14 om 2003 No. 29 s 379 pres s 131 ins 2004 No. 26 s 62 - (a) leave and re-enter the place from time to time; and - (b) remain on the place for the time necessary to achieve the purpose of the entry; and - (c) take on the place equipment, materials, vehicles or other things reasonably necessary to exercise a power under this Act.
