### sec.129 Name and address for service
A person (the first person ) may, by a signed lodged notice, nominate another person (a nominated person ) at a stated address as the first person’s address for service for this Act.
If this Act requires or permits the Minister or the chief executive to serve a notice or other document on the first person, it may be served on the first person by serving it on the last nominated person, at the stated address for that person.
In this section—
