### sec.113 Other evidentiary aids A certificate purporting to be signed by the chief executive stating any of the following matters is evidence of the matter— a stated document, of any of the following types, is a document given, issued, kept or made under this Act— an appointment, approval or decision; a direction, notice or requirement; a 1923 Act petroleum tenure; a report; another record; that a stated document is a register kept under the Common Provisions Act ; a stated document is another document kept under this Act; a stated document is a copy of, or an extract from or part of, a thing mentioned in paragraph (a) or (b) ; on a stated day— a stated person was given a stated decision, direction or notice under this Act; or a stated requirement under this Act was made of a stated person; on a stated day, or during a stated period, a 1923 Act petroleum tenure— was, or was not, in force; or was, or was not, subject to a stated condition; or was, or was not, cancelled; a stated amount is payable under this Act by a stated person and has not been paid; a stated address for a 1923 Act petroleum tenure holder is the last address of the holder known to the Minister or the chief executive. s 113 prev s 113 ins 1995 No. 22 s 14 amd 1997 No. 71 s 1 sch om 2003 No. 29 s 379 pres s 113 ins 2004 No. 26 s 61 amd 2014 No. 47 s 517 - (a) a stated document, of any of the following types, is a document given, issued, kept or made under this Act— (i) an appointment, approval or decision; (ii) a direction, notice or requirement; (iii) a 1923 Act petroleum tenure; (v) a report; (vi) another record; - (i) an appointment, approval or decision; - (ii) a direction, notice or requirement; - (iii) a 1923 Act petroleum tenure; - (v) a report; - (vi) another record; - (aa) that a stated document is a register kept under the Common Provisions Act ; - (b) a stated document is another document kept under this Act; - (c) a stated document is a copy of, or an extract from or part of, a thing mentioned in paragraph (a) or (b) ; - (d) on a stated day— (i) a stated person was given a stated decision, direction or notice under this Act; or (ii) a stated requirement under this Act was made of a stated person; - (i) a stated person was given a stated decision, direction or notice under this Act; or - (ii) a stated requirement under this Act was made of a stated person; - (e) on a stated day, or during a stated period, a 1923 Act petroleum tenure— (i) was, or was not, in force; or (ii) was, or was not, subject to a stated condition; or (iii) was, or was not, cancelled; - (i) was, or was not, in force; or - (ii) was, or was not, subject to a stated condition; or - (iii) was, or was not, cancelled; - (f) a stated amount is payable under this Act by a stated person and has not been paid; - (g) a stated address for a 1923 Act petroleum tenure holder is the last address of the holder known to the Minister or the chief executive. - (i) an appointment, approval or decision; - (ii) a direction, notice or requirement; - (iii) a 1923 Act petroleum tenure; - (v) a report; - (vi) another record; - (i) a stated person was given a stated decision, direction or notice under this Act; or - (ii) a stated requirement under this Act was made of a stated person; - (i) was, or was not, in force; or - (ii) was, or was not, subject to a stated condition; or - (iii) was, or was not, cancelled;
