### sec.103 Recovery of unpaid amounts If a provision of this Act requires a 1923 Act petroleum tenure holder to pay the State an amount (including interest) the State may recover the amount from the holder as a debt. (sec.103-ssec.2) In this section— holder includes a former holder of the tenure in relation to which the remedial powers were exercised.
