### sec.91 Making of an order If a court convicts an offender of an offence punishable by imprisonment or a regulatory offence, the court may— whether or not it records a conviction—make for the offender a probation order mentioned in section 92 (1) (a) ; or if it records a conviction—make for the offender a probation order mentioned in section 92 (1) (b) . - (a) whether or not it records a conviction—make for the offender a probation order mentioned in section 92 (1) (a) ; or - (b) if it records a conviction—make for the offender a probation order mentioned in section 92 (1) (b) .
