### sec.88 Termination of fine option order A fine option order made for an offender is terminated if— the offender finishes performing community service for the number of hours stated in the order; or the fine is paid; or so much of the fine as has not been notionally paid by the performance by the offender of community service is paid; or community service is performed by the offender for the number of hours left after deducting HP from HCS; or the order is revoked under section 74 or 79 . In subsection (1) — fine includes the reduced amount of a fine calculated under section 70 . HCS (hours of community service) means the number of hours for which the offender is required to perform community service under the fine option order.
