### sec.69 Maximum number of hours
The number of hours for which an offender may be required to perform community service under a requirement of a fine option order must be such number as, in the opinion of the court or proper officer of the court, satisfies the justice of the case.
The number mentioned in subsection (1) must not be more than 5 hours for each penalty unit, or part of a penalty unit, that was imposed as a fine under the original order.
