### sec.64 Order to be in writing
A court or proper officer of the court that makes a fine option order for an offender must—
immediately reduce the order to writing in the approved form; and
give a copy of the order to the offender; and
give to the chief executive (corrective services)—
a copy of the order; and
a copy of the original order to which the order relates; and
details of the offence for which the original order was made.
