### sec.49 Single fine for 2 or more offences
If an offender is found guilty (including being found guilty on a plea of guilty) of 2 or more offences—
that are founded on the same facts; or
that form, or are part of, a series of offences of the same or a similar kind;
the court may impose a single fine for all the offences.
A fine imposed under subsection (1) must not be more than the total of the maximum fines that could be imposed for each of the offences.
