### sec.33AC Court may issue warrant
This section applies if the court is satisfied—
the offender has been given a notice under section 33AB ; and
the offender has failed to comply with the notice.
The court may issue a warrant directed to all police officers to arrest the offender and bring the offender before the court, or a court of like jurisdiction, to be dealt with according to law.

(sec.33AC-ssec.1) This section applies if the court is satisfied— the offender has been given a notice under section 33AB ; and the offender has failed to comply with the notice.
(sec.33AC-ssec.2) The court may issue a warrant directed to all police officers to arrest the offender and bring the offender before the court, or a court of like jurisdiction, to be dealt with according to law.
- (a) the offender has been given a notice under section 33AB ; and
- (b) the offender has failed to comply with the notice.
