### sec.237 Banning orders A court may make a banning order under section 43I, as amended by the Safe Night Out Legislation Amendment Act 2014 , if the offender is convicted of the offence after the commencement of this section, even if the offence was committed, or the offender was charged with the offence, before the commencement of this section. s 237 ins 2014 No. 42 s 100
