### sec.229 Continuation of warrants
This section applies to a warrant issued under the Drug Court Act, section 40, for an offender before 30 June 2013—
but not enforced; or
enforced but not returned before a drug court magistrate before that day.
The warrant is taken to be a warrant—
issued by a magistrate; and
that authorises any police officer to arrest the offender and bring the offender before a magistrate.

(sec.229-ssec.1) This section applies to a warrant issued under the Drug Court Act, section 40, for an offender before 30 June 2013— but not enforced; or enforced but not returned before a drug court magistrate before that day.
(sec.229-ssec.2) The warrant is taken to be a warrant— issued by a magistrate; and that authorises any police officer to arrest the offender and bring the offender before a magistrate.
