### sec.203C Council decision not invalidated by defect in appointment or vacancy
A decision of the council is not invalidated by—
a defect or irregularity in the appointment of a member of the council, including in the appointment of the chairperson or deputy chairperson; or
a vacancy in the membership of the council.
