sec.195CConfidentiality

### sec.195C Confidentiality A person who is a member of a community justice group must not— record or use information the person, or another person who is a member of the community justice group, gains through performing a function under this Act, or intentionally disclose it to anyone, other than under subsection (2) ; or recklessly disclose the information to anyone. Maximum penalty—100 penalty units or 2 years imprisonment. A person who is a member of a community justice group may— record, use or disclose the information if the recording, use or disclosure— is done as part of making submissions to the court under section 9 (2) (p) ; or is otherwise required or permitted by law; or disclose the information to another member of the community justice group.
