### sec.185C Power of proper officer to recall warrant and issue new warrant on part payment of penalty
This section applies if—
the proper officer of the court issues a warrant under section 185A (1) ; and
before the warrant is executed, the offender pays an amount in part satisfaction of the penalty.
The proper officer may—
recall the warrant; and
issue a new warrant for the reduced penalty for the arrest and imprisonment of the offender.
For subsection (2) (b) the term of imprisonment is to be reduced in the way stated in section 186 (1) .
If the offender pays a further amount in part satisfaction of the penalty, the proper officer may recall a warrant issued under subsection (2) (b) if it has not been executed and issue further warrants in accordance with subsection (2) (b) until the penalty is fully paid.

(sec.185C-ssec.1) This section applies if— the proper officer of the court issues a warrant under section 185A (1) ; and before the warrant is executed, the offender pays an amount in part satisfaction of the penalty.
(sec.185C-ssec.2) The proper officer may— recall the warrant; and issue a new warrant for the reduced penalty for the arrest and imprisonment of the offender.
(sec.185C-ssec.3) For subsection (2) (b) the term of imprisonment is to be reduced in the way stated in section 186 (1) .
(sec.185C-ssec.4) If the offender pays a further amount in part satisfaction of the penalty, the proper officer may recall a warrant issued under subsection (2) (b) if it has not been executed and issue further warrants in accordance with subsection (2) (b) until the penalty is fully paid.
- (a) the proper officer of the court issues a warrant under section 185A (1) ; and
- (b) before the warrant is executed, the offender pays an amount in part satisfaction of the penalty.
